My mother's money not good enough?

<p>My mum went to PC Worx, Vodacom in Musina last week Friday to enquire about getting on a cellphone contract with them. She arrived there and was assisted by the only employee there, a white guy whose name she doesn't recall. She asked him what about the relevant document needed when you want to open a contract with Vodacom, he told her, she didn't have the bank statement and he told her she should go get one, since the bank is not that far, she told him she would be right back. She went to the bank, got the statement and then went back to the store. She found the guy in conversation with others, it looked from the outside like they were friends and the conversation wasn't work related, she helped herself to one of the seats, the guy who she spoke with earlier comes and tells her she can't sit where she is sitting, she needs to find another seat and he will be with her after he's done with the other people.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fast forward an hour later she is still sitting there waiting for the said guy to come assist her, feed up with the waiting she picks up her things and leaves. The guy didn't even make an attempt to stop her seeing as how they were losing business, he just continued with whatever it was that he was doing.</p> <p> </p> <p>My question is why have only 1 employee working, why make a customer wait over an hour to be serviced?</p>
