My mom's cell phone SIM Card has stopped receiving SMS's and loading airtime.
My mom's cell phone SIM Card has stopped receiving SMS's and loading airtime. We suspect that someone is also using a number as a dual sim. She lives in a village and it will costs her a lot to go the big city to do a sim swop. Can you please restart her number so that she can be able to load airtime at least.

08 Sept 2023, 10:22Good day, looks like this issue is still not resolved, this ****mer has joined WhatsApp and Telegram using my mother's number. And her ABSA notifications are not being received, the bank confirmed that there are no issues on their side. Please resolve this urgently.
