My handset just never delivered by Vodacom onlin.

Got phoned by Vodacom as I was due for an upgrade. Did the upgrade on the phone. Next day I get an sms to say that the phone is out of stock, and that they will courier to me as soon there is stock. A month later no phone yet. Been talking to Vodacom for more than a week trying to sort out, but no help from them. They now tells me that the upgrade was done with one of their partners and they can't help me. How did there partner get my contact details? I get send from pillar to post and no phone. I am paying for the handset. So who has my handset???
