My gig10 doesn't work

Really frustrated. Bought a my gig 10 contract and I am supposed to be able to share to my other vodacom numbers. I was supposed to get a pamflet with the Sim card and received nothing. I followed the steps that the call center gave but that doesn't work. I try using the ussd code and get told to load airtime to continue. I am angry as now I have a useless contract that I have to pay for.
