My first vodacom data contract impossible to open. Regret.

So Telkom is better than Vodacom when it comes to opening a contract unbelievable. I want to get a data contract and I app**** last week and it's as if I app**** for a R100k phone contract as my application has been pending for days and every day I am told to wait 24hrs for application outcome and today same story. I am appalled at Vodacom vcontract service. Knowing that these guys are at the front line of customer acquisition in terms of contracts for vodacom it's crazy how this office lacks proper customer care. I call today now all of a sudden there's backlog of applications something I was not told initially.
