My experience with vodacom

Vodacom group is so ***********.. I signed my data Subscription account in July and I made payment on the 25th around 3/4 pm then my debit order came in too around 11 pm. So before I took the contract I had an airtime advance that's why I payed R446 and they deducted R416 which is my monthly installment of R315 plus R100 penalty fee for not having the money to pay when signing up for the account. I went back to the vodacom branch in Centurion to inform the consultant who I signed the contract with to inform him about this and I demanded a refund, which he told me that it is not possible but I will be on credit for August and I shouldn't pay he didn't even ask for my proof of payment. I started receiving an invoice for the amount I owed which way way more than I signed up for. I called called customer care and a rude lady who was not willing to listen to me was just focusing on the issue that I need to pay for August, and the amount had a penalty fee. this made me feel like that she's talking to me like that because I'm young. I called again and a gentleman who was willing to listen told me that I should load a dispute for the additional charges with the consultant I signed up with, for which we did. It was resolved I think somewhere in September but then they subtracted my first installment from the invoice, meaning I was still owing Vodacom the additional charges on the 25 of September I payed only the amount I signed up for before they could deduct from my account because I did not want to be charged for the additionals. A fee was charged again so I owed around R211 plus my monthly installment of R315 for October. I went to my consultant and we loaded another dispute which according to him was approved but still they deducted R526 on the 26th. and he said I was going to be on credit for November, now looking at my invoice, I'm owing R315 but I was told that I am on credit of R211.. They are still going to deduct R315 while I'm on credit.. I mean what incompetence is this, unacceptable
