My experience was terrible I didn’t receive my package because of a spelling error they made am told to wait for 72 hrs I placed an order on the 23 of November today it’s the 22nd of December still waiting because a lot of things were not communicated and they keep making errors on their side which am being punished for as I have been waiting for the package I asked to speak to a supervisor or team leader and am told they are unavailable since last week I wrote emails No response 👎👎👎👎👎bad experience ,when I placed the order no one told me my package was going to be separated the call center consults are not of any help they don’t seem to know what they doing all they can do it make me wait for 72 hrs to add third party ,72 hrs to change spelling error on their side ,72 hrs for everything am so frustrated and disappointed with their customer service it’s the worst ever
