My device not insured

I purchased a phone online with Vodacom and chose the insurance option, when I received the phone there was no form or confirmation about the insurance, come month end the amount for the insurance was not debited that's when I called insurance department and they told me I only have 31 days to insure the phone, I called the call centre and spoke to Celeste who referred me to sales department and said they were wrong for not telling me to contact insurance directly, I then called 1950 and Mpho said the same thing and asked me to call ********** 4 because the person who checked out my phone is at fault, then the lady I spoke to was very rude and asked me what do I expect her to do because it's not her fault my phone is not covered and she blamed the Vodacom online for showing the insurance. she refused to give me a name and she also refused to log a complain and give her name, she promised to sms the email address but I am still waiting- she is very rude for being in sales department

Like I said I have contacted insurance department yesterday and they told me they can't insure the devices older than 31 one days and mine is 34 days old. so someone from Vodacom messed up and this has to be fixed! I got an sms to say I must contact Cellsure insurance why? I want my device insured and Vodacom must contact whoever they need to contact to make sure my phone is insured end of story .

After this complain, I received two calls from Vodacom insurance few days after the above response confirming that my phone is insured, the one call was a consultant who read the terms and conditions to me, and an hour or two after that, I received another call from the lady who said she is a manager from Vodacom insurance, she called to confirm that all is in order with my insurance and she also read the Tc and Cs to me and she apologised for the inconvenience Vodacom has caused. Now on the 13th of April, I got ****** in Johannesburg CBD and my phone was ******, I called Voda call centre, checking if all is in order so that I can claim and I was told that my phone is not insured, so I explained the above to the lady by the name of Zikhona who told me that if someone read the Tc &Cs that means my phone should be insured, she told me that she will check with the quality assurance people to trace those calls, and they will call me on Monday and she will also call me to confirm, today is the 18th I’m still waiting for the call, I asked for the reference number but she said she can’t give me one. I must say, ever since the day I took this contract last year Jul, I’ve never been happy with Vodacom, it seems like all they want is our money and don’t care what happens to their customers, as long as they get their money in our account. I need an urgent feedback on this matter because there is no way I’m taking another R5000 contract with them.
