My Data keeps disappearing

I totally don’t understand why Vodacom is making us communicate with a bolt while we have complaints that need their attention.

My data has been disappearing out of nowhere and whenever I call Vodacom i get to speak to a bolt and how’s that bolt even assisting me?

You guys have become one network I’m starting to hate and I’ve been with Vodacom for so many years.
