My credit score destroyed by Vodacom

I am disgusted. I app**** for a new contract. To which I was approved after credit vetting. I told the online agent (Jarryd) that I was transgender and had legally changed my name..after a few days of no response. I phoned back to find out what was happening, I spoke to Jarryd again and he told me my application was cancelled due to suspected *****. Because and I quote “They noted 2 separate names on the I’d number” now I had told him I changed my name. I then managed to speak to the floor manager (shahista) who confirmed what he said and told me that I was needed to now go in store and apply…. I asked if I could send her proof of all my changes so that she could mayb send it to the relevant department to fix the issue…. She agreed…

Today I have sent her 5 emails and tried to phone 3 times with her ignoring ALL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT HER…so I decided to do as she said and go into store….

(side note, a friend of mine works on the cellphone industry and has told me that if my name is flagged as ********** it would drastically effect my credit score)

Going in to vodcom cresta today, after having to reapply because no evidence of my application could be found. I was told that I was mow declined. As their is now a mark against my name at the credit bureau and that i must now fix it….

I am LIVID
