My contract phone is blacklisted , when I went to the branch I was informed that Vodacom sold me a preowned phone and I was not aware of that, I have sent email as they requested with form to unblacklist the phone to VSPblacklisting and Ref : EC-28SX-2OTI9U. Currently can’t receive or make calls since beginning December and Vodacom servise is the worst. They send you from pillar to post, drop calls while you still talking it’s just a nightmare I’m so frustrated. My contract number.
