My contract number is *** - My account is in arrears and all of that is not my fault

Good day I was called in November by Lukhanyile from Afrizone who sold me 3 devices and told me all 3 devices would cost me R130. Based on that information I took up the contract, only to be surprised by a debit from my account of over R400, mid December, which was also not confirmed by the agent. I called the Vodacom aftersales department who advised me there was nothing they could do on their side and I had to call Afrizone. I did so, their phones were never answered and eventually I decided to call Vodacom again and was told their offices were closed for the holidays. After many attempts of trying to get hold of Afrizone, Lukhanyile from Afrizone called me and advise that the contracts would be decreased to a total amount of R150 and the debt owed by me would be reversed. Believing it would happen I called Vodacom and told me no such was communicated to them. I am now owing about R2300 to Vodacom, Afrizones' lines are just ringing and no one is picking up and Vodacom does not want to assist me either yet the contract is with them. I need the debt written off and the total amount of the contracts to be R150 as promised. Please help me. Regards, Thando Dube ********** 475
