My Contract

My Contract was in arrears , went to clearwater mall on the 12th of Feb and paid R2015 and also R105 for starterpack and filled the reactivation letter, 7days later my phone still not working and when i called the callcentre they say they haven't received my documents , went back again and filled new documents on the 21st and called the Callcentre on the 24th and still telling me they havent received my document AGAIN, Now they want me to fill the documents for the 3rd time , like really, what the **** , Im so ****ed at Vodacom, I Need my phone to work today as i have paid long time ago and because some stupid Vodacom employees cant do their job i have to suffer?
