my cellphone repairs

I booked my phone in at vodaworld on Jan 3 2015 for repair on liquid dameg. I have a Sony Z2 witch is water proof <br> I took a photo under water and the phone blanked out and didn't want to switch on. I got a message from the repair <br> Center saying the phone is reddy for collection so I drove 250 km to come get the phone. When I got there the phone was not fixed because the guy how booked in the phone did not book it in to the write people. The has to be booked in again to be send to Sony Ericsson. I use the phone for work purpose to send and receive email and nou can't do my work. The people at vodacom just pull up there shoulders and said just book it in or take the broken phone and leave. I am very disgusted with vodacom and it's workers. They have the worst attitude. I
