My Cellphone Number Blocked For No Reason

Vodacom is the pits. They blocked my number and told me that it has been alerted as ****** ***** or something. When I call their number they tell me that there is nothing that they can do I will just have to wait till they decide to unblock it which can take up to 30days. In the meantime what happens to all my important calls since that is my primary number. All for a reason I know nothing about. They don't even care to hear you out. I have always known that Vodacom is arrogant but what I experienced today cannot even begin to compare.
