My cellphone contract ended but vodacom is still taking my money

My name is Thandi Mabuya and I had a cellphone contract with vodacom and I have a laptop contract with them also. My cellphone contract ended end of March 2020, and now I'm supposed to be paying the laptop only. I called vodacom to tell them I am not continuing with my cellphone contract I'm done. April vodacom debited for the laptop and the cellphone. May I called vodacom and told them to cancel my cellphone contract. They said they will if I take a discount on wifi for R35 which makes the amount I need to pay R385 and I said yes. Went to vodacom to check that they wont debit more and vodacom said they wont and today I checked they debited R514 not the amount I am supposed to pay which is R385. Its not the first time vodacom does this to me when I had a tablet with them, they would debit and not give me data. They **** to me about my contract being cancelled. I want my money back. Vodacom is a bad service provider. It's not the first time. My cellphone contract ended and vodacom is benefiting from money they are *****ing from me. I called and went personally to cancel the contract but they didn't because they want my money.

I am still waiting for vodacom to contact me regarding my cellphone contract that ended in March 2020, because they still debit in my account for a contract that doesn't exist. I went to vodacom yesterday to confirm that my contract ended and that I cancelled it. What I don't understand is why they not saying anything about it. I got my contract that states that I paid them up and an email was sent but vodacom is silent. I work hard to earn my money and paid my debt to vodacom why are they *****ing my hard earned money plain. This is pure ***** because I don't owe vodacom my cellphone contract ended in March yet they still taking my money even now. I want my money back and this is my last contract with vodacom and I will definitely advise people not to take any contracts with vodacom or they will go through what I am going through having your money ****** by vodacom and they dont even bother to contact me when I took an effort to go to them.
