my business is not doing well because of this network

I have property in Rabie ridge and most of my tenants use Vodacom as it is advertised on the media that Its the best network. the side where my house is situated there is no network at all like all the bars die. I urgently need this to be fixed as I can't afford to loose money because of your bad service. thank you Lerato
