My AIRTIME AND DATA disappearing which I queried numerous occasions only to find out that every single queried was closed without it being resolved. And this all happened in November 2017 I've never run out of AIRTIME in my life...

23 November 2017 I received an SMS stating my AIRTIME IS DEPLETED, this has never happened to me in all the years I’ve been with Vodacom, at the beginning of November, my AIRTIME was of R500.00 which included an amount brought over from October. I bought R275.00 immediately as my mom had just passed away and I really couldn’t query it at the time. 25 November 2017 I received this SMS: Your data on 082….355 has run out. Out of bundle rates apply. Buy 50mb data to use in the next hour at R4 by dialing *124#. Offer valid today until 23:59. (sic). I bought 500MB instead and within an hour I got another message that my data is all used. This is when I called Vodacom Customer Care and queried both my data disappearing and my AIRTIME. Nothing was done to rectify the situation and my AIRTIME was again gone by 1 December on the day of my mom’s funeral I had to deal with VODACOM. They told me I have a subscription for V-Live that is deducted from my Vodacom Airtime at R39.00 daily, I told them I didn’t subscribe to anything via my Vodacom account and Vodacom has not right to give 3-parties a right to deduct from my airtime. I check continuously what my balances are and if I get a notification that my data bundle is almost depleted I buy more, I normally loose DATA that’s left over, because that’s how we as consumers are ****med by the cellular networks. I would like all my AIRTIME BACK and I would like an apology for the staff of VODACOM, closing my tickets without resolving my complaints, not sure if they think we are all *****s. I had over R500.00 1 November, then bought R275.00 on 23 November and again 30 November R56.00. I asked for Itemised bill so that I could see what was happening in November and was promised it by 3 different people, I still haven’t received it. 9 December Saturday morning I went to a Vodacom shop to sort out my complaint, only to find out that all the queries have been closed/resolved. I have all the documentation to prove how VODACOM works, probably hoping people will swallow their lies. Well, I am not one of those people I will go to every newspaper with all the proof and show VODACOM for who they really are and then the rest of your customers will know they do not need to accept the drivel your staff dish out to them. I didn’t receive notification before any data has been depleted and when I do I replenish it immediately. These are SMS's I received regarding this complaint. I also have documentation prove of how my requests were dealt with, which I have attached so that my complaint can be resolved expeditiously.
