My airtime always goes missing during a recharge

Everytime i recharge my airtime always goes missing. Yesterday (09/06/2015) i used airtime advanced and i when i checked my balance the airtime was gone and now today (10/05/2015) i recharged with R40 airtime and now im left with 1 cent without even using a single Rand on my airtime. Customer care is telling me its my automatic updates but my automatic upadaes only update when i'm on wifi. Im sick and tired of vodacom now.
