My account is under legal and I wasn't made aware someone cancelled my account

hi there,

let me start from the beginning.

I few months ago I checked the vodacom app and it said my account was with legal, concerned, I phoned to inquire what this was about as my account is on a debit order.

Up to 3 people told me it was normal and they have a new system that all contracts appeared like it was under legal until the contract is finished.

I ASKED are you sure, they said don't worry there is nothing to worry about, I left it like that.

Today, I get a call from your legal department ( ********** 8) they managed to say they are from legal and then HUNG UP and didn't bother calling me.

So I called vodacom spoke to Ziathika and Roslin, they said the account is will legal, apparently my account was cancelled. Cancelled by who?

When I check my statements, there are about 3 months missing and I don't get any msgs or emails to say my account is in arrears but I get a ton of msgs to get more DATA!!!

Review the calls, someone at vodacom made a mistake and a customer is paying for it. No one can give me a staight answer. WHY did a debit order of R798 suddenly stop after April??

Rest assure this is the last time I will ever do an upgrade.

thanks,

Gabriela

hi there,
Informing me to go to the store, just so the store can tell me that the cancellation happened over the phone and they cannot help me!!!! The email sent was very inpersonal and very unhelpful, the lack of getting facts is appauling, perhaps I should call the CEO, it so happens I know his number. Shall some heads roll?
Now I have spoken to the cancellation supervisor called Keke on the 8/8/2017. She has assured me that Vodacom will be made responsible for the 3 months my account has become in arrears (As no one can tell me who cancelled my account) And that my account has been activated, we are waiting for a confirmation on this information. I have asked for a confirmation email on the 8/8/2017 to state the above and have not received one just yet, but it is, however, on a recording.
I have since spoken to another person today at your cancellations department (another supervisor Andries) will email Keke for the requested email.
I Simply require the assurance that
A) my account has been activated so the debit order goes through this month.
B) You will not bill me 3000+ at the end of the month for a mistake that was made on Vodacoms side in which
1) you failed to notify me even when I called to ask about this 2 months ago and then only after 3 months do I get told my account is in arrears.
2) Someone cancelled my account without authorization, in which you do not wish to investigate I don't know why.
