My account handed over , while there is nothing owing on the contract

<p>I had a contract with Vodacom which ended end of August , I cancelled the contract but i recently found out that i have my account handed over to legal department . </p> <p>I went to Vodacom to 2 vodacom shops but they are not able to help me they just say they dont know how can they help me .</p> <p>which is a problem for me because i feel like my credit record has been compromised and no one wants to help me .</p>
