My Account

Hi Guy's
i would like to knoe who had the Iame experiance as me.
I have taken out a contract 25 years ago with the same number and never skipped a payment. never changed my number.
last year Feruary 2015 i received a bill for R 18'000.00. i queried the bill and they stated that i must send them a mail, witch i did. they came back to me and stated that they see there was some other activities on my account and they will half my account. i stated that they must investigate again because my account is not more than R 2;500.00 n month. Well mails was flying between me and them with no answer. Well Vodacom then stopped my account after 25 years and i lost my number. I had to inform my contacts via a new prepaid that i bought and that cost me a lot of money to inform all my contacts of 25 years that my numer changed.
then i app**** to buy a new vehicle and i was informend that i was on ITC for Vodacom for R 35'000.00. Just think how i felt infront of that Dealer. Sitting with a red face and cannot get my new vehicle because i am listed on ITC. My handset that i just received in 2014 was blocked and i had to buy a new phone as well. More costs. I am running my own bussenis and cannot work without a Phone. Well a long story short i have received a call and a mail from some attourney stating that Vodacom handed me over and that i must pay with costs. Now i am asking who experianced the same as me. They just dont get back to you, They have admitted that there was a problem on my account and that they will give me discount. i mean after that and i requested to investigate futher and lets sort this out no one came back to me only the attourneys a year later.
please let me know to whom it happend also. I would like to take Vodacom on so please inbox me with your experiance. Regards Sarel Steyn ( Scorpio Investigation Group. ********** 111)
