my 2gigs not reflecting

on the 17th august 2015, i bought a vodacom starter pack . the rica process was sucessfull.i bought 2 gigs wifi data to use on my vodafone wifi device router r205.<br> did i go through hell.this data reflects only when i insert the sim into a phone , but when it is in the wifi router the data is not there!<br> <br> come on, the call centre agent, Siyabonga gave me the following explanation:<br> the 2 gigs wifi data i bought is solely for phone use!<br> it is used to connect to wifi hot spots only.<br> i asked if i could escalate the matter,he told me his supervisor will call back and its not happening.<br> ALL I WANT IS :vodacom,transfer my data of 2gigs onto one of my existing sims ie *** or ***.<br> <br> i am now frustrated and vol of all your nonsense!<br> i will definitely not go with vodacom again, because the service is up to { you know what}<br> there is no way that i will allow my air time to be absorbed in to the system without it been used, THIS IS UNJUSTIFIED ENRICHMENT IN FAVOUR OF VODACOM AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER!!!<br> PS: A WIFI ENABLED ROUTER IS THE SAME AS A WIFI ENABLED PHONE!!<br>
