Muzi Sithole from Vodacom Mall of the South

Vodacom Mall of the South, there's a guy by the name of Muzi Sithole, he's an amazing guy, I had a problem with my phone and it needed a screen repair, at first at Vodacom repairs in Alberton, they said my device is not insured and I have to pay cash, and when I told him that the device is insured and took an extra mile and checked my monthly invoices, and he could see I was insured, when I upgraded my insurance was never moved to the new device, so it was not insured although every month I'm debited, Muzi discovered the mistake and contacted the branch where I did the upgrade, they also rectified the mistake, and my device was repaired and only paid access, I say thank you Muzi, for being so helpful, and I was also helpful by being patience as you dealt with the problem, I SALUTE YOU,
