Multiple *****ulent Debit Orders

I've been debited by Vodacom 4 times in the past 4 months for services I've never used under a *****ulent account. The first 2 debits were for amounts ranging in the R160 range and I tried to block them through my bank but after the 3rd debit of over R2000, I went to Vodacom to ask for these payments to be cancelled. I was told this would go to their ***** department for investigation however, now after a month of waiting, I've just been debited again an amount of over R8000. The number that they said this ***** was being done with is *** - Someone named Dudu.
