Multiple people dealing with a query

I called Vodacom more than 3 weeks ago to get Itemised Billing of one of my cell phones on my account for a certain reason and requested that they stop sms the other person for a specific reason and was told they wouldnt be sent another sms yet it happened again.<br> <br> There after i received multiple sms's from different people saying they were dealing with the query.<br> <br> I as the account holder am not going to send you my personal details again so that this query con be done and confirmed ,Futhermore I said i needed in with in a certain amount of time and was told I would get in within that time.<br> <br> Well Im still waiting and no other communication has come through as to where or when I will be receiving it?????<br> <br> I think you seriously need to check what you information is that you give you clients is correct as when dealing with different people the whole time you get one story from one person and another story from someone else and there you ask to speak to person you last dealt with an within 10 min they no work there or there is no one by that name working there???? Very strange !!!!
