Multiple contracts sold to a pensioner

My 65 year old mother has seven contracts with Vodacom costing her more than R1000 a month. She is a pensioner and can obviously not afford this. I have on numerous occasions intercepted sales calls from Vodacom and requested that they no longer sell her contracts and renew contracts as she does not always understand what she is getting herself into. This is really ********* to let an old lady spend so much of her pension on cellphone contracts that she obviously does not use.
