Multiple accounts

I have tried without success to query something relatively basic with Vodacom but it would appear no one understands my query. Perhaps this forum will help. I have an account with Vodacom and have 5 separate devices (contracts) on this account. I want to move of these contracts onto another separate account (under the same name) as I would like the debit order for them to run off a different bank account. I don't want to transfer the contracts to someone else but leave on the same name and just transfer to another account. After speaking to numerous people I found one who sort of understands what i want who advised that one cannot have more than one account with Vodacom on one ID no. If this is the case then Vodacom really needs to update their accounting system.
