MTN was willing to retain me as a client.
I have been a client of MTN since 1993 and I chose to end my relationship with MTN in lieu of a contract with Vodacom. My contract with MTN expires on ***2 and they were willing to throw freebies my way to retain me as a client. I'm taking the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge with Vodacom on contract and I want the wireless charger included. All I get are Uhms and Ahs and excuses. I know there has to be a sales director who can take decisions in this regard to include a wireless charger in this new contract since wireless chargers are for sale in the Vodacom shops. MTN was willing to supply me with such a charger for free and protective pouch and screen covers etc. I told them NO and that I'm choosing to go to Vodacom and I'm sure Vodacom will be happy to supply me with the same. However I'm NOT asking for all the freebies which MTN was willing to give me to retain my business. All I want is the wireless charger. <br> My Headline might say that my complaint is relating to a Bad Attitude but I must say that Lennon was willing to explore various options to assist me but unfortunately it is clear that a decision like this was not for him to take. I need ACTION RIGHT NOW.
