Thank you for calmly and professionally agreeing to ask your supervisor for intervention. You truly wanted to help and you were willing to assist. You did a fabulous job!!! We had a really good day as a family today from Vodacom. Your customer care skills are fantastic and a cut above the rest, keep them up!!! I wish you an even more blessed 2022 further, you are a gem!
