I was sent an upgrade a meccer guru. I didn’t like the product so I called in to return it. Trust me it took a day between 2 staff members about an hour ..both where unsuccessful to assist me.. Now trust me I almost gave up until I tried today & got tru to Nicole Nair.. it took approximately 5 minutes to help me to organize the product to returned & my upgrade reversed! Now that is what u call epic service..fast, friendly, helpful & professional. Thank u Nicole & well done ????. Please management staff like Nicole must be acknowledged & rewarded. These are the staff members that are assets to an organization. Most people will blame the organization which I almost did but it’s up to the staff to make an organization successful .. most staff don’t try .. because it’s not their organization & they know very well they will get a salary end of the month. Thanks & I will most definitely continue to use Vodacom
