Mr Makutu

I bought a laptop from vodacom store at Golden Walk branch in Germiston in March 2019 and the laptop was faulty the buttons were sticking ,the laptop was on contract with them . I took it back for replacement and I was told they cannot replace instead they can send it to manufacturer and fix it and get it in 2 weeks but after 2 weeks I was told it's not yet ready and kept on saying come back after 2 months and I did and I went to the store everytime when I go there they always telling me that the person who was helping me was no longer working there and they cannot trace it.. it is very unfairly cause I'm still paying for something that I don't have it, I have been paying since last year R280 per month . I want the laptop back cause I'm paying for it ,its a Macer laptop ,please help me I need the laptop as soon as possible.
