I really need help, there is someone open vodacom contract with my details and he took expensive phone, but what I failed to understand is how can vodacom give a person a phone without copy of ID or a signature even calling the person , now they keep on debiting on my card and I reverse the money. I went to vodacom westgate but I didn't get help, they just told me the send email to ***** department with my copy of my ID signed 5 times and avidavid. I need help urgently please 🙏🙏I'm worried about my credit record
