Mr

I have been waiting over 2 months for Vodacom to get our fibre line installed. After phoning the fibre department 8 different times over the course of two months, do I then find out from one of their staff that the line has to be released by the previous ISP before they can do anything. Prior to this I had serval of their staff tell me they would get in touch with me either via mail or telephone to let me know what the hang up was or who would be able to help me further and not once did anyone get back to me. After getting the line released and phoning in another 3 times, still nothing has happened and I haven’t heard anything back from anyone. I would like it to be stated that not once did anyone tell me the line would have to be released and when I did find out they make it the customers problem to find out who the isp is and to release the line. For the prices we pay for products it’s unacceptable to have such terrible service.

I am very disappointed with Vodacom and I am considering canceling all my contracts with them and finding a new service provider!
