I bought a cellphone on contract from Cellucity store. They work with vodacom and my contract is with vodacom. Now i am not happy with the services from vodacom and cellucity stare. Firstly at cellucity they gave an open line package and never explained to me how it works. Now Vodacom add to my stress of the package by adding 1 gig data bundle to my bill every moth without my authorization. I told then after experiencing increasing bill every month that I want them to take the one gig of and to please take me out to a prepaid package. They have not than that still. Only received an sms which seem like it come from vodacom stating that they will credit me for the 1 gig they have been debit from my account. The amount the want to credit me with I am not happy with and i don't know how they got to it. I want more.
