I couldn't give Vodacom 0 stars for their awful Service Desk, should be called NoService Desk.
Today I can't even seem to get through to the Service Desk, you loop continually despite selecting options, no message about high call numbers ... no feedback in general and no way to escalate the query.
Vodacom should be ashamed of themselves.
