Mr

I had 6 lines with Vodacom, in January 2023 I canceled one line as the contract came to an end. In February I canceled another line after I learned that the contract I accepted is no longer the same because the line in question will now be capped, whereas when it was sold to me I was going to enjoy uncapped line. During the course of the month in February 2023 I received a phone call from a gentleman who identified himself as the employee of Ram courier and that he was sent to collect a parcel, I was little bit surprised because Vodacom had not made any arrangements to collect any parcel from me. That is when I contacted Vodacom to determine what parcel do I need to give to Ram courier employee then it was explained to me, that is when I packaged the router and I waited for Ram courier to pick up the parcel but to no avail, after few phone calls eventually the parcel was collected after two weeks. I also allowed the debit order to go through though I did not have the unit. On the 8th of March 2023 I received my monthly statement and I was expected to pay R1380 then I realized that I was overcharged and I made few phone calls to Vodacom to notify them of the error that I picked up. Few days later when I logged on to my Vodacom app I noticed that I was expected to pay R1557 again I called Vodacom and no one could explain extra charges until I went to the local store where I discovered that I was billed twice for one line. Also on my other line that I canceled I was also charged R11 because there was an allocation of what's app data that was done without my consent but I must pay for that. I became very frustrated by all these with no solution and having to speak with two managers of which one of them failed to call me back as he committed, the other one the call got dropped and she never bothered to call me back. I went as far as sending an email which was rep**** few days later still no solution. On the 21st March 2023 I logged on to Vodacom app again and I noticed that the amount that I am expected to pay was significantly less than I should pay. I made another phone call to Vodacom and my call was answered by the person who identified herself as Robin and I insisted to speak with a manager as I was tired of explaining my self to junior staff who are unable to resolve my problem. She then put me on hold, after few minutes she came back and told me that her manager wanted to know what was my problem before taking my call,I told her that I will explain to her manager as to what my complaint was about. She then told me that if I do not tell her what my problem is about then her manager will not take my call, then I asked her for her name again, she only gave me her first name and completely refused to give me her surname and also refused to give me her manager's name. Then I told her that I will find my way in and I made another phone call and I spoke to Nomhle and Nkosazana whom were both helpful and understood my frustration. Overall Vodacom services have been extremely poor and I am going to terminate all my lines with them as the contracts come to an end despite my relationship that I with them for almost 10 years. I am extremely disappointed
