Mpumi at Vodacom contact center

I would like to commend a consultant named Mpumi for the great service she provided me with on Saturday morning, the 11th July. I had taken a contract but cancelled however it was delivered and I decided to keep it but somehow the deal wasn’t linked to my profile and the debit order had not ran for 2 months. I had called twice previously but wasn’t assisted in anyway but Mpumi managed to resolve my query in 1 simple call. She was so calm and content, no awkward silence. We had a conversation as though we knew each other. Mpumi thank you so so much for the wonderful service.
