Mpesa, the worst banking ever!!

I opened an Mpesa account some months ago. Every time I wish to use the account, there were a number of problems. These range from pin not accepted to account downgraded to card blocked. Around a week ago, I tried to access my account to no avail. No-one could find the problem but eventually, some days later, the account permitted us to pay money into the account. Drawing money is though impossible. When requested the call center to close the account I was informed that the card was blocked. I am so disgusted with the Mpesa that I have closed all my Vodacom accounts and moved to Cell C. Now I can't even get my money from the account! Who the heck keeps downgrading my account and blocking my card? This idiot should be fired!!!
