Move to contract, CLI not working

Last week I moved my number from prepaid to a topup contract, since then CLI has not worked. Yesterday I called the call center and after over 15 minutes I was told it was enabled - yet it is still not working and I am missing calls because hidden numbers are blocked.

How do I get this enabled, without spending another 15 minutes trying to get through to someone who can actually help?
