Most useless service I've ever experienced
Pathetic Service. Vodacom is unable to assist with my SR210719-848 228 since Monday. Its day 5 today with no fiber connection. I follow up everyday and get told my query has been escalated and the technician will phone me, when i ask for that persons details they refuse to give me details and say they will send them a mail. It was first assigned to Mario, he never phoned and today its assigned to another person (Sokanzi). I regret why i took this ****py deal.
