MOST USELESS, PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER EVER VODACOM !!!!!

<p>i have requested for cancellation quote, quote was accepted signed and the account settled. Your question on your legal document is "would you like to retain your number yes or no" my request was a simple NO i want the number to be deleted. now i have been told by someone with special needs at the rententions department that sorry we cannot delete a pre paid number. this number was never prepaid it was owned by vodacom while i was still bound to the data contract. now that the account is settled my number is reverted to prepaid? why asking customers such a stupid question if you cant action the requests. or is vodacom only helpfull with such requests when your account is in arrears and you handed over to legal before one can walk away as a hapy customer knowing your number is suspended and deleted by vodacom. All that i want is my number to deleted. i have my personal reasons why. can someone from vodacom without any special needs please help me. ref for cancellation was:EC-04HH-324WKE and the stupid cell number in question which is so hard for vodacom to delete is ********** 095</p>
