Most unresponsive useless company to deal with

1 star is far to high for this company. I purchased a data contract from them and a couple of months in there was no data connection. I called the call center several times and they kept promising to call back. Surprise , surprise they never did. I then sent a Hello Peter complaint and although they stated that they called me it turns out that a telecommunications company could not work out that they would be unable to call me on a data only contact number. This was in spite of the fact that I had left all the correct contact details. I then went onto Facebook and they stated that they would try and resolve the data issue ( at this stage it was more than two months later) A week alter there was no progress and I told them that if the could not resolve they should cancel the contract as buying data without a contract was getting very expensive and I was working from home. I then heard nothing from them for about 3 years and then started getting correspondence from attorneys advising that my account had been handed over. Their lawyers tried in vain to resolve the issue but were having no luck with them. I tried to contact them and 4 weeks after sending a mial and two follow up got a response saying that the email address i used was incorrect and should use another one. This process was repeated twice. I still await the courtesy of a response or finding anyone within Vodacom who does not just try and pass the buck.
