Most unprofessional, *********** useless people at VODACOM Shop Mall@Redds

The worst customer care service a person can experience, they are quick to get all the detail and documentation signed, the billing process are state of the art but when it comes to ensuring customers are happy and get all promotional stuff they are very unprofessional. My costs to date R 3 800-00 driving up and down from Bloemfontein to Centurion not taking all the E-mails and calls in consideration.
