Most shocking service ever received

Absolute shocking servive from Vodacom. A week ago my Fibre service has been cut off / reset by Vodacom Fibre and I have been struggeling for a week now to get it re-instated. SR number after SR number and still nothing happens. Eventually Vodacom asked me to apply for a new line, after which I received a Order number and was told trhat as soon as the order is open, they can send the configuration down to the router. Now a day and a half later and still nothing. The only thing I received was yet again another SR number. Not even the Supervisors gets back to you with your query. The most shocking service ever received.
