Most rude Consultant at Vodacom

Got a call from customer services about my Vodacom contract. Consultant was absolutely rude and condescending. Tried calling Vodacom customer services back numerous times but couldn't get through to lay a complaint. Speaking to a customer in that manner is unacceptable. If someone from Vodacom can kindly contact me so I can give more details about the call and the consultant in question.
