Most pathetic customer care

Vodacom has the worst or rather most pathetic customer service ever. I took out a data contract with Vodacom in the beginning of July what i got is totally different than what I was promised so i phoned Vodacom customer care and requested a return which they did on the 16 th of July the courier picked up the package i was told to phone after 3 day to cancel the contract so i did so now after 3 time i called and was told within 5 to 7 working days someone will call me and cancel the contract is now a month and 5 days still nothing.and in the meantime the debit order went off. So ja i am gatvol. Please people think twice before you think of taking Vodacom
