MOST PATHETIC BRANCH EVER!

Hi. My husband went to Vodacom to get a new contract. Besides waiting forever to get helped my husband had to actually go behind the desk and help the lady (silvia) because SHE IS ***********, CANT Spell and DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THE PC PROPERLY!!!!! How can a customer do the work!!!!! On top of it all,none of the other 5 staff members there offered to help her. The service at harties vodacom is shocking. No one greets,no one is helpful. It is shocking. I do not know why they are even there!!!! U have *********** lazy staff!!! I'm shocked!!!!!!
