Most irritated vodacom customer

Vodacom is doesn’t care about its customers. I upgraded my contacts with them in June and they offered me a FREE we grow voucher. But since upgrading my contract they have been adding an extra charge of R78 on my account for “handset installation “ i have not bought any device with them, yet they charge me for something i do not have with them. I have complained countless times and their consultants never understand what’s going on. Vodacom contracts are a **** for them to ***** from you out your pocket. I was planning on getting an unlimited data package with them but i will never!!!I encourage anyone else who sees this post to not even bother considering vodacom for anything.
