Most inept company I have ever dealt with.

<p>This is a follow on from my previous post : </p> <p>https://hellopeter.com/vodacom/reviews/double-payment-37- ********** </p> <p>Vodacom rep**** but never followed up on their promise of getting in touch with me.</p> <p> </p> <p>It was up to me to phone numerous times since tha last review.</p> <p>I eventually posted on facebook and got a response, but nobody is replying to my mails now.</p> <p>The reference number is Over billed ***</p> <p> </p> <p>I wish that hellopeter had a negative rating as a 1 star is too good for Vodacom.</p>
